It was my first time going to SaferSix for some routine testing. I had a good experience. From booking to the appointment itself, everything was smooth and easy, despite the location being obviously busy. The staff members were kind, helpful and made me feel comfortable. It was a bit of a distance for me, but I'm willing to travel again for the good experience.

Dr. Bennett is wonderful. I'm someone who experiences pretty intense pain during IUD insertion (though thankfully it's relatively brief), and he was so kind and calming throughout the procedure. He talked me through what to expect every step of the way and even asked me if I still wanted to continue when the pain was at its worst, in case I had changed my mind. Such a simple thing but so important, and not every women's healthcare provider cares about your wishes and your pain level like that.The clinic also ran right on schedule both times I visited, which must be some kind of magic because I've never seen that before lol.Thanks so much Dr. Bennett and Safer Six - you rock! :)

Welcoming and very professional staff. They were quick and the facility was very clean and inviting. The doctor was polite but did not take my concerns around a medication seriously which was disappointing.I really support the work this clinic is doing.

I have changed my review to a five star , as I was very unhappy with safer six’s booking system earlier , through email the customer service agent helped me and booked me into an appointment fast and in a convenient time slot that I will be able to make ! I am very impressed with the service they provided !!!

Odd vibe from start to finish. Wanted to like it cause it’s close to home but unfortunately didn’t. Just a hint of arrogance/dismissiveness from the doc was enough to encourage me to go elsewhere in future.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is a place I would highly recommend to anyone. Not only was the place very clean but felt very welcoming to all. Dr. B was amazing, was quick and efficient and answered all questions with no judgment. I left feeling understood and confident I was getting quality care.

Booking was very easy and fast, when I arrived at the clinic there was no waiting time, as many have mentioned in the reviews the clinic is very clean and Dr. Andrew Bennett is very efficient and answered all my questions. Communication for follow up were also quickly responded, I would highly recommend this clinic.

I went here to get some tests done. The booking was easy and I was at the clinic 5 mins before appointment time. The place is clean & doctor answered all my questions. But the receptionist was inconsiderate and unprofessional. At the time of registration all test details were taken but he didn't communicate this properly to doctor. Due to this I waited additional one hour and still couldn't meet the doc to get one test done because the receptionist forgot to inform the doctor & would allows others instead. Also had the audacity to tell me it was my fault that I didn't mention the test to doctor. Why do you have a registration form then? In that it was mentioned clearly. Also tells me that I didn't make a booking for that test when there's no option to make a separate booking for it. It's just a check-box. Disappointed due to this unprofessional behaviour of receptionist

The office is clean, lovely and very organized. I had a massage with Eszter and they were absolutely wonderful. It was honestly the best massage I've ever had with the exact amount of pressure I needed and they made me feel super comfortable.
