I guess I'll have to be the first to leave a review for this clinic for those who are looking around to get their IUD done!First off, the women working at this clinic are incredibly nice and understanding. They're super knowledgeable and will sit and answer every one of your questions without a problem. They're compassionate if your concern is pain or anxiety management. They really do their best to make the process as easy as possible.I got my hormonal IUD removed and a copper placed in the same session. They were very sweet and explained the whole process, and continued chatting throughout to help distract. They are very happy to let you take a moment if needed before continuing.They're really experienced here, and I'll definitely be getting the rest of my fittings done here in the future.

Shorter wait times

I wanted to also leave a review to hopefully put people seeking IUDs at ease. I was honestly terrified going in, but Dr. McCullagh-Cheung was very calm, friendly and professional. She walked me through the entire procedure and showed me what was being used and when. Answered all of my questions and helped me relax when we hit a bit of resistance with my cervix.The front desk staff were also wonderful and helpful.10/10 experience, wish I wasn’t so hesitant to try the IUD in the first place. Now I’m happy knowing our family plans will stay solid.

Dr. Mikaela is probably the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is the exact kind of person you’d want at a BC clinic. I came here to remove my IUD and discuss alternative options & she made me feel super comfortable, and the whole process was so quick and painless. I cannot recommend this location enough. The receptionist is also a very kind person who, despite being super busy, was really helpful and friendly.

Staff were so nice called to confirm the day before which is really helpful for with a baby things can slip your mind, the dr was really nice I was coming in for the nexplano to get put in my arm the dr had showed me hers and let me feel it which made me less nervous about getting it in . When she showed me i saw that it doesn’t leave scars and it just feels like a vain. I had forgotten the nextplano at home but lucky for me they had a spare I just had to bring mine when I could. They had also called me the morning of the day I said I would bring it which is so great or I would of forgot!
